Eco-friendly Recycling: Giving Waste a Second Life

Our main activity is focused on innovative and eco-friendly solutions in the field of recycling. Our goal is to minimize the environmental impact and transform waste into valuable resources that can be reused in industry.

How recycling works

Waste Collection and Sorting
The recycling process begins with the collection and thorough sorting of waste. We collaborate with businesses and industrial partners to ensure that raw materials such as plastic, glass, rubber, and other materials are properly separated. This meticulous sorting is key to an efficient and environmentally friendly recycling process.

Mechanical Processing
In the next step, the materials undergo mechanical processing. For instance, plastic and rubber products are crushed and processed into fine powder particles that can be used to produce new products. This process involves crushing, grinding, separation and filtration to remove all impurities.

Innovative Technology
Our recycling technologies operate under atmospheric pressure and standard working temperatures, a unique approach that ensures lower energy consumption and higher efficiency. Mobile recycling lines enable waste to be recycled directly at its source—for example, in manufacturing plants, at construction sites, or during demolitions.

Manufacturing New Products

After processing, the resulting material is ready for reuse. Our primary goal is to return the material back into production or use it in other alternative products.

Sustainable Future

With every step of our recycling journey, we strive to reduce CO2 emissions and promote ESG principles and healthy living for both us and future generations.

As part of the Reborn Design project, we annually transform recycled materials into valuable products that will be competitive in the market and contribute to a sustainable future.

Energy Savings

Our technologies operate at low temperatures and reduce energy consumption.

Economic Savings

Recycling allows for the reuse of materials, which significantly reduces expenses for new inputs.

Mobile Recycling

Recycling lines can be deployed directly on-site, saving both time and costs.

Circular Economy

We help implement the principles of circular economy in practice by transforming waste into new products.

Model Solution

Client:

"My company has a problem. Managing waste from production is getting more and more expensive each year. I need a more cost-effective solution for processing this waste. What should I do?"

Lavaris:

"Contact us via the form on our website or by phone.

We will arrange a personal meeting or an online meeting/call where we will discuss the best and most cost-effective solution for your problem.

Then, send us samples of the material that needs to be recycled.

We will carry out the necessary steps to design an efficient solution to your problem.

We will propose a solution to the problem, which could be a recycling line, machine, or service."

Time Estimate:

  • If the process involves only crushing or other mechanical adjustments, the entire procedure from the initial contact to the solution proposal will take 14 days to 3 weeks.

  • If chemical or other analyses are required, which we do not conduct in-house and are performed in collaboration with university partners, the timeline will depend on the research team and the complexity of the test conducted.

Examples of Specific Solutions

Michelin
We are currently developing a recycling line for Michelin that will enable the separation of textile cords from rubber, a problem that has been nearly impossible to solve until now.

Knauf
Since 2017, we have been collaborating with Knauf on recycling waste from gypsum boards.

Knauf Insulation and ČVUT
Our company, in collaboration with Knauf Insulation and ČVUT, has developed a mobile recycling line for processing construction thermal insulation. This technology transforms the material into blown-in insulation, which is now successfully applied. The process is zero-waste, thanks to dust extraction during production. The collected dust is further used as an additive in specialized construction mixtures with insulating properties.
